Pool structural design is prepared to the relevant Australian Standards and Queensland certifier requirements, alongside the separate pool safety/fencing compliance your certifier will also require. On sloping Gold Coast blocks, elevated and split-level pool design is common — we account for the retaining and support structure that comes with it.

Do I need an engineer for a swimming pool?
Yes — pool structural design (the shell, and any retaining, elevated support or surrounding paving) needs engineering documentation before a certifier will approve the build.
Can you design a pool on a sloping block?
Yes — elevated and split-level pools are common on Gold Coast hinterland blocks, and we design the supporting structure to suit the site rather than a flat-block template.
Do you handle pool safety/fencing certification too?
Our focus is the structural design and certification of the pool and its surrounds. Pool safety/fencing compliance is a separate certification, usually arranged alongside ours — ask us and we can point you in the right direction.
