Inspections are carried out against the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards, with findings reported in plain language backed by engineering detail where a certifier, insurer or buyer needs it. Where remedial work is required, we can also provide the design for it.

What happens if the inspection finds a problem?
We report exactly what we found and what we recommend. If remedial design work is needed, we can provide that design as a next step — there’s no obligation to continue with us.
How quickly can you inspect?
We aim to schedule most inspections within a week of booking. Let us know if you’re working to a settlement or certifier deadline and we’ll confirm whether we can meet it.
