What’s the difference between a report and a certification?
A report sets out our findings and recommendations. A certification is a signed statement confirming that specific work meets a defined standard — for example, that a retaining wall was built to its design. Some jobs need both.
Do you provide certification for existing, undocumented structures?
In many cases, yes — we can inspect an existing structure (a retaining wall, deck or pool, for example) and certify it if it meets the required standard, which is often needed for a sale or a certifier sign-off.
How long does certification take?
Once we’ve inspected the structure, most certificates are issued within a few business days. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we’ll confirm we can meet it.
